What is necessary for safe Web-surfing?

Using what kind of browser is it most safe to operate and surf over the Internet? It is rather difficult to give a definite answer to this question. However, there is no doubt, that Microsoft Internet Explorer ,installed in the Windows operating system by default, does not deserve the attribute of "safe" in the least.

What is necessary for safe Web-surfing?

Indeed, it represents the “open gate” for the majority of viruses and trojans, even when equipped with all the latest security patches installed. Already back in 2004 the American governmental organization US-CERT (Computer Emergency Readiness Team) published recommendations on improving security in the network by recommending, in particular, not to use the Microsoft browser . Indeed, many Trojans and Ad ware applications penetrate the users’ computers through the vulnerabilities of MS Internet Explorer (IE), and are thus capable to perform a wide range of unwanted actions, from harmless ones, like switching to the IE home page, all the way up to stealing the users’ confidential data stored on the hard disk. The majority of firewalls and antivirus software are forced to play a catch-22 game, since the source of danger, in fact, is the operating system itself.

It is obvious to note that the various browsers built on top of the IE engine, such as MyIE or Maxthon, giving users more facilities, do not differ from IE with regards to security, as they are just common platform plugins.

An increasing number of users are therefore switching to use the free browser Mozilla FireFox, which is recognized as a more usable and secure browsing platform. In fact, even if also Firefox contains errors and vulnerabilities, the fact is that these are found and fixed by the Mozilla Foundation team much faster compared to the Microsoft IE conuterpart.

To those users who consider security of the surfing information of paramount importance and are not only working on their personal computer, but also on-the-road, we recommend to take a look at a new interesting program called e-Capsule ™ Private Browser. The e-Capsule™ Private Browser, built on the Mozilla engine , ensures unprecedented safety and anonymity.

The e-Capsule™ Private Browser application is characterized first of all by the fact that it is "zero-footprint", indicating that no traces are left on the PC, either as temporary files or OS registry values. The application stores all the temporary Internet data inside of an encrypted file using strong AES256 encryption at the block level (i.e. at the level of the smallest contiguous set of bits or bytes that forms an identifiable unit of data). This implies that information on the navigation session is always protected since it is constantly kept inside of the encrypted profile. This remains true even when browsing over Internet, since e-Capsule™ Private Browser updates the profile data while keeping it encrypted at all times and the internal data structure is totally meaningless to external processes or applications.

With e-Capsule™ Private Browser the user IP address can be hidden by routing all traffic over a network of anonymous proxy servers so that tracking and identification via traffic analysis on the content provider side is practically impossible. This will protect against a common form of Internet surveillance known as "traffic analysis". Traffic analysis can be used to infer who is talking to whom over a public network. Knowing the source and destination of the Internet sessions allows others to track user behavior and interests. Therefore, the e-Capsule™ Private Browser application enables to navigate and operate anonymously over Internet without ever worrying about third parties accessing and tracking the session's data both locally and remotely.

One can use the e-Capsule™ Private Browser to navigate over Internet just like and even better than any standard browser, but with the peace of mind that no information about the online session will ever be obtained without your knowledge.
