EISST Ltd (the "Company") considers privacy on its website (the "Site") to be of utmost importance. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Statement and will provide notification to all registered customers and visitors of any change prior to the change taking effect.

Collected Information

Company requires visitors or customers who purchase the product and services ("Products") offered on the Site to provide contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number and expiration date.

Company will use the information collected to further discuss visitors' interest in the Company and the Products offered and sold. Company may also use the information to set up and properly configure customers' accounts. From time to time, Company may also email information regarding updates to the Products or important system notices.

Except as explicitly stated at the time Company requests information, as stated herein, or as provided for in the Company License Agreement and Terms of Use, Company will not disclose to any third party the information provided. All billing information collected through the Site is used solely for billing purposes and will not be used by Company for marketing or promotional purposes. Company uses a third party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not allowed to store, retain, or use the billing information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Customers of the Products will be using Company servers to host files and information (the "Data").

Confidentiality of your Data is mostly protected by Company encryption technology and not entirely by Company Privacy policy. In fact, Company's Product technology prevents any Company employee from accessing your data in the plain form. Data stored on Company servers is always encrypted, including files, file names, file descriptions, folder names, folder descriptions, all encryption keys and any other information on Data. Company system administrators have access to the encrypted files, but their content is illegible to them since they have no knowledge of your user name and passphrase. Your passphrase is never transmitted to Company in a plain or encrypted form.

Company enforces strict protocols that limit access to collected information. Only selected administrators have access to the user database itself. Company never associates IP addresses with user accounts, and never logs demographic user access trends or user access times. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user names and passphrases.


We do not use cookies to store any personably identifiable information. Company does not use persistent cookies in its Site. If you would prefer not to accept session cookies, please turn them off in your browser.

Log Files

Our log files capture the URLs of the pages visited, browser type, screen resolution, and IP addresses for the purpose of analyzing trends, tracking user movement, administering the site, and gathering broad demographic information for aggregate use. No such information is ever associated with a particular user or account, or shared with any third party.

Sharing of Information

Company may share aggregated demographic information about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors including Company partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Examples include reports on how many times a certain page was viewed, or how many distinct users used the service. Company will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to any third party except (a) when such information is transferred to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Company's business interests, or (b) when Company believes, in good faith, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, its users, or others.


This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Site. The Site contains links to other sites. When you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to third-party web sites, you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, Company cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties or for their privacy practices. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website with which they interact.
